Oh, good choice! Deviled eggs are excellent, but they tend to disappear quickly around my family and friends. If you're not quick, you'll miss out!
Someone once shared with me a way to make sure you'll have leftover deviled eggs for later snacking: when you're mixing up your deviled eggs, add a few drops of green food coloring - not enough to turn them really green, but just enough to give the appearance of being a little off. The food coloring, of course, is tasteless, so the eggs are fine, but folks will think twice before reaching for them, which means more for you!
I'd rather have deviled eggs....
